Dear Professor Levy,

Thank you for  you offer of  assistance; I'll take you  up on it.   I
will  arrive in  Newark at  10:49pm Wednesday evening,  Feb.   18, on
Eastern flight  631 from  Boston.   I'd appreciate  it  if you  could
arrange for someone to  meet me, and for a hotel  room for that night
and the next.  If the 10:49 time is too late for convenience, send me
a note and I'll take a cab or something.

Any time on Thursday (or Friday) is fine for my talk.

On Friday evening (at 6:45pm) I'll be flying onward.

I won't  need any special  equipment for  my talk  on Monday (just  a
vu-graph projector and a receptive audience).
